Job Summary:

As a Sub-Agent specialising in education recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and enrolling students in a variety of academic and vocational programs offered by our partner institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, counsel prospective students, and guide them through the application and enrollment process. You will work closely with the central recruitment team to achieve targets and ensure a seamless experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment:
    • Identify and approach potential students through various channels, including online platforms, local events, and direct outreach.
    • Counsel prospective students on available courses, entry requirements, and the benefits of studying with our partner institutions.
    • Assist students in selecting the right course based on their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.
  • Lead Generation & Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate a steady stream of leads.
    • Maintain an updated database of prospective students and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
    • Follow up with leads promptly and nurture relationships to convert them into enrollments.
  • Application Support:
    • Guide students through the application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted and deadlines are met.
    • Review and verify application materials for accuracy and completeness before submission to partner institutions.
    • Provide information and assistance on visa applications and other relevant requirements.
  • Marketing & Outreach:
    • Organise and participate in recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions to promote courses and engage with potential students.
    • Distribute marketing materials and promote courses through social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns tailored to the needs of your target market.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other organisations that can refer students to our courses.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to partner institutions on market trends, student preferences, and recruitment activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on your activities, leads generated, and enrollments achieved.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in student recruitment, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with the education sector, particularly in course recruitment, is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems, databases, and social media platforms for lead generation and management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
