The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), is a non-departmental public body that was set up to protect workers from exploitation. The GLAA specifically regulates businesses (and agencies) supplying into the fresh produce supply chain and horticulture industry ensuring that certain standards required by law are adhered to.
